These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GramPhoto Android app ("the App") and this website. The App is developed and published by KumawatPulse Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). [Registered legal entity name and address to be confirmed by counsel.] By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GramPhoto automatically backs up photos and videos from your Android device, keeps your synced library available across devices you sign in to, and lets you share synced albums to Telegram. Backups are transmitted to Telegram's servers through the Telegram Bot API, using the bot token and destination you configure in the App's settings. The service is provided "as is". Like every backup provider, we cannot guarantee 100% data durability or uninterrupted availability.
The App is rated for ages 3+ on Google Play. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the App only with a parent or guardian's involvement. Where the law in your country gives children additional protections (including India's DPDP Act, 2023 for users under 18), those protections apply as described in our Privacy Policy.
You connect the App with your own Telegram bot token and destination, which are stored securely on your device. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, bot token, and device secure. Do not share your bot token publicly: anyone holding it can interact with your bot.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
The GramPhoto name, branding, app design, and website content belong to KumawatPulse Technologies. You retain full ownership of your photos and videos. By using the App, you grant us a limited, revocable license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide backup, sync, and sharing features you request — nothing more.
The App relies on third parties: Telegram (backup storage and album sharing via its Bot API), Google AdMob (advertising on the free plan), and Google Play (distribution and any future billing). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.
The free plan (₹0, forever) includes full automatic backup and viewing features, and it displays ads. A paid Premium plan that removes ads is planned. Pricing, billing terms, and features will be confirmed before launch. We will never auto-charge you: no payment is taken without your explicit consent at the time of purchase.
There is currently nothing to refund or cancel, because no paid plan is on sale. Before Premium launches, we will publish its billing period, auto-renewal terms (if any), and refund and cancellation policy. When paid plans exist, you will be able to cancel future charges, and refund requests will be handled under the published policy and Google Play's billing terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including data loss, arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is ₹0 while only the free plan exists). Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.
You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of data we hold by contacting us (see Section 12 and the Privacy Policy). Copies already transmitted to Telegram are subject to Telegram's retention and deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our principal place of business in India. We prefer to resolve issues informally first — contact us before filing anything, and we will genuinely try to sort it out.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions about these Terms: gramphotos@kumawat.co.in. Grievance redressal is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
